instead of being a contest per se, will be a method of raising contest prize horses. Residents will run a particular stable for a period of 13 weeks. During that period, anytime the resident earns 400 bp, they will breed a new homebred to be transferred to one of the three minnesota prize holding barns (minnyhold1, minnyhold2, or minnprize2). These horses will be used as future prize horses for other residency contests. This will be a way for residents to 'give back' to the residency.
There are 10 stables. Currently most are being run by residents. After week 3728 they will be transferred to another resident. Sign up here if you would like to be one of the residents to run one of these stable during the next 13 weeks post 3728.
The stables are:
edenprarie - bluehorse
Rochester - dundey
Duluth - cothill
Saintpaul -selurnivek
stcloud- chuckrock
mnneapolis - prebola
BLOOMINGTN brentuk
COONRAPIDS - bluehorse
LAKEVILLE
MINNETONKA
To make this a little unique, the same resident will not run the same stable two 13 week intervals in a row.

I'll take one again - I cannot get anything going with Rochester, maybe someone else can get it over 400.
Thanks,

I'll take one Chuck.
I have MINNETONKA earning some bp's finally! I think that stable is around 300 now.
I'll take any of the others - maybe Rochester since I think I ran that one before but it does not matter much. _________________ 27 and counting!

Chuck and all,
Since there are half price breedings on ALL horses this week it may make sense to have all stables breed before the change over. Or at least those with 200 bps or more.
I have 280 bps, which can buy the equivalent of 560 this week only.
Chuck let me know what you think. _________________ 27 and counting!

Thought you might like that one Chucky!
I was on a T Cat roll this week!
Your other bred is in that stable also, so you can transfer it to yours.
Let me know which stable to send your credits back to. _________________ 27 and counting!

You PM'd me the Password for the Minnetonka stable. I have just logged in to enter a horse and someone has already entered the horse this week..
You must have given two of us the same stable and password?????
It does say in the list above that i was due to manage the Saintpaul stable but i dont have the password for that..

i've lost track of this contest, as life has gotten hectic lately (i'm sure you have noticed my absence recently). i haven't been running the stables i was suppose to be, so those horses are well rested
let's run these stables through the end of the year and start a new in january. sound good to everyone? |

Sounds good to me. I will try to make sure I leave Duluth without too many open slots. It has become very hard to keep a full claiming stable these days.

I will, do this again.
MNNEAPOLIS stable will be just below 400 Bp's. The new owner will be able to breed, during the next contest.
Just PM me the password and stable name.
Thanks,

I'll do it again as well, its a great way to keep our prize horse stables stocked.
I actually just picked up a well bred 4YO mare at the auction for $200 that I'll use for a breeding after the new year:
POINT GIVEN x SUNDAY SILENCE x DAMASCUS
Lots of good options sire wise for that type of mare, even if she is 0 for 13 lifetime!
