| What will be the plan with these stables once the contest is over? I got one nice 3yo in the auction for $1, and a few other useful horses in my barn, so I wouldn't mind holding the stable once the contest is done. Of course after breeding a nice horse for the prize pool...as long as I have the 400 bp's. If you need the stable back, that's no problem as well, just curious. |

As of right now, the plan is for the contest to continue on and folks will sign up for a new stable for the next contest period. That way, if you don't have enough credits to breed a nice prize horse, you can leave them and the next person can add more BPs to it and breed a nice prize pony at the end of that period.
I know how you feel though, I am running the Main Stable and just trying to build up BPs to breed a horse. I will eventually sell off all of the current horses and make room for the prize horses. I have one that I kind of wish I could either transfer or hold on to though!! |

I guess I better get a move on. As looks now I will be just short of 400 at the end of 13 weeks

It was actually playing a variation of this game that taught me better ways to get more BPs. One of the things that I did was watch Wenlock and his claims and entries. He always did well in these things. |

To be honest it's baffling me as well. When this contest started, I never would have imagined I would be able to get 80+ bp's for 3 straight weeks. I was a lot of fun scanning the auction, and I found a few nice $1 buys. This contest was a great idea, and I'm looking forward to breeding a monster for the prize pool...and if I'm lucky enough, maybe I'll win him/her back someday..lol |

A very rewarding contest that benefits the rez too. It was a favourite of mine as you know at GSR Paz, I'm so glad that you saw fit to run it here.
Doza, you are setting a great pace the total is even more impressive considering they were new stables with crappy starting horses. |

The Rich get Richer!!! Doza and Wenlock both put up triple figure weeks which is a first for the contest. Lots of solid weeks though including Cothill, Theo and BigRick!
The new standings are up. Way to go guys! |

Dozq has another amazing week! We are basically at the half way point so far and the goal is to get to at least 400 BPs. Doza has amassed 444! His stable which was started from scratch and has some pretty nasty nags has a 31% win percentage and 62% ITM percentage!
What are you feeding those horses anyway Doza?

Results are updated! With three weeks to go in the contest, Doza still leads with Wenlock close behind. A big move the past couple of weeks by APHill. It appears that we may get four nice prize horses from this contest.
I'm looking for signups for the next contest that will start the first week of 2008. Sign up in the post below. Good Luck all! |

Results are updated! APHill is making a big move and is the third stable that will get to breed a prize horse this contest. Way to go!
Only two weeks remain and we are accepting two more owners for Stables in the next contest. |

I was wondering if you are allowed to transfer horses into your stable from another stable you have?
Thanks Jack |

Jack, these stables should be run as an independant stable without any outside help. So no transfers would be allowed.
Thanks,

Results are up heading into the last week. This week will be the last with the stable for the current owners EXCEPT for the three and possibly four who will get to breed a prize horse. We would normally breed them this week but will wait until next week to keep them as two year olds a bit longer.
I will send out the passwords for the new stable owners this weekend. |

The final results are up for the first Minny Rez BP Contest!
Congrats to Doza for gaining 687 BPs and finishing first. Please reply here where you want your 750 credits sent.
Wenlock finished second with 590 and will recieve 250 credits.
In addition, both APHill with 477 BPs and a late rush with 95 BPs in the final week to put Cothill over the 400 point barrier with 418 points will enable them to also breed prize horses for the Minny Rez Prize Barn.
The new babies should show up the end of this week and I will let you know when they get to the prize barn.
Congrats to all of the winners and the new contest starts this week. |

I've got the accounts on file and the credits have been transferred.
As for the prizehorses Doug I will leave it to you how you want to use them in the future.

I'm runnin' the mnneapolis stable this time around ( I think ). I was beatin' my brains in wondering why I didn't land four claims that I should have this week ( 3462 ). I just got home from work and now found out why. Four very nicely bred 2yos were transfered in. Anyone know what gives? |

Looks like Pazjazz sent them to the wrong stable I am guessing but I have opened up 2 rez holding stables starting next week so you can transfer those horses to them next week.
Sorry about that but I am assuming that is what happend.
The rez holding account is:
minnyhold1
minnyhold2
Cheers
