not positive i understand the question, but a minnesota bred is when you use a sire the has (MN) for the state location.
i apologize if that was not what you are asking.

if it is a 3 year old you can enter him in the minny stallion contest.
you can also enter a 2 year old (any unraced - plus also any unraced 3 year old)) in the homebred contest. these contests have started bt if he's good he could get you some points. no one has taken off this year in those contests.
