Invitation to Great Sim Memories Giveaway Contest...Hello Minnesota Downs residents!An essay contest begins today on the game's main message board. It is called the Great Sim Memories Giveaway, celebrating the game's 10th anniversary which is this Friday, August 15. The Giveaway rules are very simple: 1) Please, one essay per player. 2) In the essay, recount your favorite Sim memories in 100 words or more (about one good long paragraph or descriptive Top 10 list). 3) Post your essay in the official thread entitled, Great Sim Memories Giveaway: Post your memories here! 4) Don't forget to include your stable with an open stall to receive your horse prize (a modestly bred 2yo or 3yo horse)! 5) Contest ends Tuesday, Aug. 19. There is no "judging" in this essay contest. Instead, you will receive a prize horse upon participation and meeting the approximate 100 word requirement. So, in a nutshell, it's "free horse for a post!"  I have a limited supply of prize horses, so please post early.
