Just an FYI re this weekI actually have the busiest week thus far in my new practice coming this week (this is a good thing) so if I am a little sparce around here that is the reason. Of course we didn't have internet access here until about 20 minutes ago since this morning, so everything i was planning to do today will have to get postponed. please forgive in advance if there is a delay in something

there are very few things one does as a lawyer that is the same as something you've already done. Pretty much each fact pattern is unique. That is why its called practice, since its always the first time doing something. It makes it interesting though.
