Smackdown 2008Well according to the CPU my horses have little chance to help the team (8/1 being the best odds I drew). Hope they overachieve and everyone else runs well.

My fellow Simsters would likely agree that we hope you guys beat up on DelPenn in a big way for second place.
Thanks so much for taking part in Smackdown!

Got the co-fav in the 4yo filly turf mile and I'm loving my 22/1 shot in the 2yo filly dirt. My other four need some lucky rolls though. Go team!

This will be exciting. I See Your Point and By Any Other Name are sharp and capable of an upset. They can hopefully pull points for us.
Nine Under seems to be regressing...The old man will have it tough. I will be rooting hard for our team.
How do we match up...at least on paper? Anybody know?

Obviously all the races came up really tough, but I love my horse I Don't Get It at 18-1 in the 3 YO Colt Dirt Sprint. He's 7-5-2-0 sprinting. He won the IHM Memorial on Minnesota Champions day. Two starts back he won the G3 Swale with a 104 fig -- that's a 104 at 7F on March 1. After that I gave him one last shot at proving he was a classic-distance horse, sending him out in a two-turn G2 in Kentucky. Thus assured that I had a sprinter on my hands, I decided to freshen him.
This week he's coming in with three months of R&R. He's sharp, and he won first-time out so I know he can fire fresh. Sadly, I've landed a jockey who has trouble locating the finish line (I didn't think I'd land the top jocks, but TJ Cox took a DelPenn mount over mine -- dude, where's your loyalty!). I'll need a little luck to get there, I guess, but I'm not worried about my horse.
Can he win? Yah shore, you betcha. Let's go MinneSOHta!

LURSA has been carded as the 2nd fav in the Smackdown 3yo filly 7f dirt and has been chosen to finish 2nd in the Black Type Bugler article that was written by Boble.
I hope she does well obviously but mine have often flopped or gotten injured when I have fancied them in big races before so I had better get the vet on standby.
