No really outstanding scores this week but it did seem that it would be that way by what we all posted. When the dust settled Fabman and me did enough to win our ties so the best of 7 final will start next week.
BEST OF 5
Wenlock 38-27 Tseals
Fabman 31-19 Redhill
Wenlock beats Tseals 3-1
Fabman beats Redhill 3-1 |

Congrats, Wenlock. You deserve to be in the final. The Mean Time came out of his race injured -- the first time I've seen that condition for a horse in at least four years. Sigh.

Thanks Tom. Fabman's been posting some scary scores at times during this contest so I could well lose for the second year running.
Sorry to hear about The Mean Time coming back injured, thankfully we don't seem to get those too often these days. I had one recently myself though which was a bit deflating.
I wouldn't say that White Butterfly has ben raced as much as some horses race but I decided to give him some times off anyway even though he was coming back ok after races. After 8 weeks off I raced him again and he came back injured which just shows I suppose that it's random at the end of the day.
